Governing documents
The bylaws define our boundaries, board structure, elections, and grievance and reconsideration processes.
Budgets and finance
Neighborhood councils receive an annual allocation from the City of Los Angeles. Monthly expenditure reports are approved at board meetings.
Grants and letters of support
Nonprofits and public schools can apply for Neighborhood Purpose Grants. Community organizations can request a letter of support from the board.
