ECWA is the City of Los Angeles neighborhood council for Arlington Park, Baldwin Hills, Baldwin Vista, Baldwin Village, Cameo Plaza, Crenshaw Manor, Leimert Park and Village Green. If you live, work or own property here, our meetings are open to you.
The ECWA board is fifteen volunteers elected by and from our community. They set local priorities, vote on neighborhood funding and carry your concerns to City Hall.
Meetings are open to everyone. The dates below follow the regular schedule; check each posted agenda for the confirmed format.

10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Our monthly community meeting. Hear from elected officials and city departments, learn what is happening in the neighborhood, and bring your questions and concerns.
Monday
6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
The governing board votes on funding, community impact statements, letters of support and council business. Public comment is taken on every agenda item.

Meet your representativesThe arts of Leimert Park, the garden courts of Village Green and the hills above Crenshaw are part of one council district. Each neighborhood brings its own history and priorities.
Choose the kind of involvement that works for you. Every meeting is free and open to anyone who lives, works or owns property here.
General meetings are the first Saturday of the month at 10 AM. Hear from city departments, ask questions and meet your neighbors.
Committees work on safety, outreach, youth, finance, block clubs and more. Any stakeholder can sit in, and regulars can become voting members.
Local nonprofits and public schools can apply for Neighborhood Purpose Grants for projects that benefit the community.
