Reviews development proposals and land use policy inside our boundaries.

What the committee does

Responsible for oversight and monitoring of all land use proposals and policy changes within the neighborhood council boundaries, and for communication and coordination with the appropriate city agencies and stakeholders responsible for or engaged in land use, economic and community development, community beautification and nuisance abatement.

Who can take part

Any stakeholder may attend, comment and volunteer. Regular participants may be appointed as voting members of the committee. Meetings follow the Brown Act: agendas are posted at least 72 hours in advance and public comment is taken on every item, limited to two minutes per speaker.
