Outreach Committee
Gets the word out and brings more neighbors into the council.
What the committee does
Responsible for developing an annual plan and budget proposal for the participation and engagement of stakeholders in the neighborhood council; coordinating participation and council promotion in community events and activities; and developing and distributing outreach materials.
Who can take part
Any stakeholder may attend, comment and volunteer. Regular participants may be appointed as voting members of the committee. Meetings follow the Brown Act: agendas are posted at least 72 hours in advance and public comment is taken on every item, limited to two minutes per speaker.
